Our Process
Raw wood can be glued or nailed. We square every end of every board, to insure our ends match perfect. We putty every nail hole to ensure a seamless finish product. We use industrial sanders, we start with 50-60 grit with big belt sander. We finish with 80-100 grit. Followed by 80 grit on our dustless plantry sander. We screen with 120 g

Next step we stain the floor to the color of your choosing. Followed by 2 coats of water or oil based polyurethane.
